PowerCare membership is available for qualifying residential standby generators in Stuart, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, Vero Beach, Sebastian, Okeechobee, and surrounding communities. Generator condition, plan eligibility, monitoring compatibility, cellular availability, and coverage are confirmed during enrollment.
PowerCare™ Membership Terms
The introductory initial service charge is due at enrollment. Monthly payments require automatic payment and begin on the first day of the following month. Customers may choose the applicable annual pay-in-full option instead of monthly membership payments. The annual payment does not replace the introductory initial service charge.
All PowerCare plans include a 12-month membership commitment and renew annually. Customers may choose monthly automatic payments or the applicable annual pay-in-full option for each 12-month membership term.
The additional one-time $138 monitoring-equipment installation charge applies when installation is completed during the initial service under normal conditions. Additional wiring, communication components, signal improvement, or nonstandard installation work will be quoted separately.
Early cancellation requires payment of 75% of the remaining agreement balance. Complete-plan customers may also be charged a $229 leased-equipment removal fee. Leased monitoring equipment remains the property of Treasure Coast Generators. Customers are responsible for equipment damaged through misuse, unauthorized removal, or physical damage.
Pricing is per generator. Monitoring compatibility, cellular availability, equipment installation, and coverage are subject to inspection and applicable plan terms. Repairs and replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated.

Air-cooled plans cover qualifying residential standby generators up to 28 kW. Liquid-cooled plans cover qualifying residential standby generators from 30 through 60 kW. Larger generators require a customized commercial service plan.
What does the introductory service include?
The introductory service establishes the generator’s maintenance baseline, confirms its condition and eligibility, completes the applicable initial maintenance, and identifies existing deficiencies before ongoing membership coverage begins.
When do monthly membership payments begin?
Monthly autopay begins on the first day of the month following enrollment and completion of the introductory service.
Does PowerCare Connected include monitoring equipment?
No. Connected is designed for customers who already own compatible monitoring equipment. Equipment, controller, cellular-service, and signal compatibility must be verified before enrollment.
Does PowerCare Complete include monitoring equipment?
Yes. Compatible leased monitoring equipment is provided and managed by Treasure Coast Generators. A standard $138 one-time installation charge applies under normal installation conditions.
Are generator repairs included with membership?
Repairs and replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated. Members receive priority benefits and the repair discount associated with their selected plan.
